| 摘 要： | 战略管理是企业成败的关键，战略的选择与制度直接关系到企业的未来发展。家族企业在战略管理方面存在有以目标代替战略，以速度掩盖矛盾等10大问题。家族企业实现战略创新，要做到：战略重点－从适应企业外部环境到关注企业内部能力；战略目标－从追逐短期利益到寻求长期优势。战略视野－从单一企业战略到战略联盟。

| Abstract: | Strategic management is the key to success of an enterprise. The adoption and work out of the strategy concern directly with the development of the enterprise. In strategic management of family enterprises there exist 10 major problems of obscure business field, of substituting aim for strategy, and of concealing contradiction by means of speed, etc. To blaze a new trail in strategy, family enterprises should achieve 3 shifts of their strategic focal point(from suiting to their external environment to paying close attention to their internal capability), of their strategic aim(from pursuing a short term profit to seeking for the long term advantage), and of their strategic scope(from the strategy of a single enterprise to strategic alliance). |
