| 摘 要： | 广东黄冈保甲示范乡的设立,是因应重庆国民政府抗战需求,最大限度统制乡村人力物力而实施的紧急性的省级社会动员。它是战时广东乡村保甲政策在黄冈乡具体而微的体现。讨论示范乡工作的成败得失,将为战时国民政府的乡村政策及国家对乡村社会控制的研究提供一个新的视角。

| Abstract: | The setup of the model town of Bao-jia system at Huanggang Village,Guangdong province,is a kind of urgent provincial level social mobilization in order to fill the need of Chongqing KMD government fighting back Japanese and controlling the manpower and material resources to the greatest extent.The model town of Bao-jia system in Huanggang represented Guangdong Bao-jia System at the wartime.Studying the model village of Bao-jia system at Huanggang,it provides a new perspective for the study of the KMD government's village policy and the social control at the wartime. |
