| 摘 要： | 随着密云驻防的设立，密云“满城”于乾隆四十五年（1780年）建成，形制规整、分区明细、设施齐全，是一座典型的驻防城池；满城的建立不仅是由于驻防发展的需要，也与所在区域的战略形胜以及城池本身的军事作用有关。从清末至民国时期，密云“满城”逐渐走向了消亡。当前在保护满城丰富文化资源的基础上，应该从旅游发展的视角对其进行合理利用，抓好“一城、两族、一山、一塔”的资源整合工作。
