| Abstract: | The paper edamines the relationship between environmental problems and management of environment and resources,which is based on Marxism philosophy,dialectic of nature and ecology philosophy.The whole structure and basic functions of the scientific theoretical thinking are analyzed thorouphly. It is concluded that the scientific theoretical thinking is an essential guide to the thoroughly solving globular environmental problems and it is the responsibilities of all countries,international and social organizations and citizens in the global to solve globular environmental problems. |
