摘    要:本文把教育比作一条艺术品加工的"生产线",把"皮格马利翁"效应比作"抛光"、"镀金",把期望理论比作"雕琢"、"打磨".正常的生产流程应是先对自然品进行雕琢、打磨,使其基本成型后,再抛光、镀金,形成最后的艺术品.但本文思考反其道而行之,主张先对学生(自然品)进行"抛光"、"镀金"("皮格马利翁"效应的应用),再引导学生进行"雕琢"、"打磨"(期望理论的应用),以期打造理想的艺术品(教育目标的实现).

Abstract:This paper compares education to "production line" of processing work of art, and compares "Pygmalion Effect" to "polishing" and "gilding" in production process. Meanwhile, "Expectation Theory" is compared to "carving" and "burnishing" in production process. Normal production process, raw product is firstly carved and burnished, then polished and gilded after it has been turned into finished form. Finally, the work of act is formed. However, this paper adopts converse reflection and advocates that we should firstly "polish" and "gild" the students which are compared to raw "product" (the application of "Pygmalion Effect"), and then conduct students to "carve" and "burnish" themselves (the application of Expectation Theory), By through which we aim to create ideal work of art (the achievement of educational objectives).
