北京幼儿教师职业压力现状与管理启示

摘    要:选取北京市不同地区共112名幼儿教师进行职业压力的问卷调查,从公立园与私立园、中心城区和远郊区县两个维度进行比较,结果发现:幼儿教师在教育改革、社会、幼儿园管理和工作特征维度上压力均值较高,在生理维度上的压力反应均值较高。方差分析的结果表明:在总体压力和总压力反应两个维度上,公立园均大于私立园,在总压力反应维度上,中心城区大于远郊区县。除幼儿维度一项不存在压力差异外,其他维度(教育教学改革、幼儿园管理、工作特征、职业发展、身心特征、家庭、社会)在幼儿园性质和地段两个维度上都存在不同的显著差异。

Occupational Pressures Faced by Kindergarten Teachers in Beijing

Abstract:In this study, a total of 112 teachers were selected from different kindergartens and regions of Beijing to answer questionnaires. The results were compared according to 'public kindergarten', 'private kindergarten', 'central areas' and 'rural areas'. Analysis shows a modestly high level of professional pressure in 'educational reform', 'kindergarten management' and 'job characteristics' and a higher score in 'society'. In terms of 'stress response', subjects have a relatively high score in the physiological aspect. Through the analysis of variance, it was indicated that in terms of total pressure and total stress response, teachers in public kindergartens earned a higher score than those in private kindergartens. Kindergarten teachers in city areas have a higher score in total stress response.
