| 摘 要： | 为准确、及时反映并动态量化上海经济发展方式转变的发展变化,通过构建上海经济发展方式转变评价指标体系,编制上海经济发展方式转变评价指数,动态监测和考评＂十五＂以来上海经济发展方式转变的成效,以认清当前上海经济社会发展中面临的机遇和挑战,并在此基础上进而提出上海在加快转变发展方式和调整经济结构过程中应采取的措施和对策。
