| 摘 要： | ＂安全、稳定、经济、清洁的现代能源产业体系＂为＂十二五＂时期增强能源供给能力、为经济社会稳定发展提供有力保障指明了目标和方向。本文在阐述现代能源产业体系的内涵及其特征的基础上,提出构建现代能源产业体系的具体路径：加强能源先进技术的研发和应用,加快能源自主创新;增强能源资源供给保障能力;形成合理的能源产业结构;积极发展新型电力;建立并完善现代能源市场体系;继续扩大能源国际合作等。
