上海市家庭服务业现状分析与规范化建设

大力发展上海家庭服务业是上海建设宜居城市、提升城市综合竞争力、包容性增长与可持续发展的内在迫切需要。通过调查上海家庭服务业现状发现,社会对家政服务行业存有偏见,重视程度不足;行业市场混乱,行业主体间矛盾突出;行业标准与规范有待完善;有效管理与监管有待健全。因此,应相应地制定产业发展规划和家政规范服务＂上海标准＂体系,强化市场监管,走集团化发展之路,建立培训认证机制和联动机制,以促进产业健康、持续发展。
