| Abstract: | In this paper, several aspects of rural collective assets management were studied from the perspective of related legal issues. The aspects include the management subject of rural collective assets, qualification of the membership, income distribution, property disposal and management system. Some suggestions and strategies are provided to attract the attention of the relevant authorities. |
