明代江南水利治理述论

综观有明一代 ,围绕太湖流域的水利凋敝 ,从治理下游排淤、综合整治塘浦圩田、修筑海塘等几方面入手 ,开始了有声有色的水利过程。在治理过程中 ,由于国家和地方政府的支持和有力组织 ,太湖流域的水利治理取得了一定的成效 ,工程技术方面也取得了进步。但是 ,由于具体工程承担者的主观意图 ,导致某些工程的最后结果不尽如人意 ,未能彻底改变宋代以来的太湖流域水利积弊。也给后世留下了值得思考的空间。

On Water Conservancy Control in the South of Yangtz River in Ming Dynasty

In Ming Dynasty, with the help of the state and the social government, the greet progress had been made in the water conservancy control. But because of the subjective intention of the leader who was in charge of the project, the result of the control was not perfect. This question leaves more thinking to the later generation.
