| 摘 要： | 本文立足于母子公司关系 ,从母子公司的独立人格与公司法原则的一般适用到母子公司关系的冲突与衡平 ,多角度地对母子公司的法律地位作了论述 ,从而从法律上明确了母子公司的权利、义务和责任。对公司法的理论及实务均有一定参考价值。

Then, it makes clear the rights, duties and responsibilities of company and its subsidiary. This explaination will give some reference to the theory and practice of company act. |
