| 摘 要： | 伦理化是中国传统军事法文化的典型特征。其基本表现为儒家的伦理精神对中国传统军事法文化的渗透。这一特征的形成有着深刻的原因:古人基于对世界整体的伦理化认识而产生的战争观是形成这一特征的认识基础.而中华民族农业文明的背景是其产生的经济原因。

| Abstract: | The ethicization takes a typical characteristic in the China s traditional culture about military law,its fundamental manifestation is that the contents of China's traditional military law was permeated by Confucianist ethical spirits , the formation of this charateristic has profound cause why the ancients war outlook in view of ethicization' s understanding and production concerning whole world is cognitive base, agricultural civilization' s living circumstance of the China nation is economic factor produced. |
