深化农村信用合作社改革的制约因素与对策

根据《国务院关于农村金融体制改革的决定》的要求,各地全面开展了农村信用合作社管理体制改革工作,但改革效果不能令人满意。文章针对我国农村信用合作社发展的现状及深化改革的制约因素,提出几点对策。

Influencial Factors and Countermeasures to Deepening the Reform Rural Credit Cooperative

In accordance with the State Council's Resolution on the Reform of Financial System in the Rural Areas, the regions across the country implement the reforming of management system of rural credit cooperative. However,the reforming results are not satisfactory. This paper puts forward several strategies aiming at the current situations of developing rural credit cooperative and the factors restricting further reform in our country.
