| 摘 要： | 罗马行省是罗马大规模向外扩张的历史产物.公元1世纪,罗马已经跃居为地中海世界的统治者,在广袤的地中海地区建立起众多的罗马行省,行省制度成为罗马维系霸权统治的重要支柱.罗马统治者对行省人民的盘剥,为罗马帝国初期的繁荣提供了雄厚的物质基础.

| Abstract: | Roman provinces were the historical product of the large-scaled Roman expansion.. In the 1st century AD, Rome had become the ruler of the entire Mediterranean world where a lot of provinces were built by Rome. The Roman System of Provincial Administration was an efficient mechanism for local administration at that time. This thesis mainly discusses the plunder and exploitation of Rome on its provinces , and emphasized the reason on the prosperous of Early Empire. |
