| 摘 要： | WTO的首要原则———非歧视原则 ,是通过最惠国待遇和国民待遇共同实现的。我国加入WTO后 ,既受到非歧视原则的约束 ,也受其保护。从最惠国待遇和国民待遇入手 ,探讨实现我国在加入WTO后 ,在最惠国待遇及国民待遇两方面实践 ,对比我国入世前后非歧视原则对我国的影响 ,从而协调我国相关的非歧视原则的政策与实践 ,能够使我国从WTO规则中获得最大的利益

| Abstract: | The first principle of WTO non-discrimination principle is commonly realized through most-favoured-nation treatment and national treatment.Since entering WTO,China has not been restricted and protected by non-discrimination principle.From most-favoured-nation treatment and national treatment,this paper probes the practice of most-favoured-nation treatment and national treatment after entering WTO,compares non-discrimination principle's influences (including after and before entering WTO),so as to coordinate relevant policies and practice of non-discrimination principle and make China obtain biggest benefits from WTO. |
