东海海区大黄鱼种质资源的历史演变和现状分析

作为一种重要的经济鱼种，由于历史原因，东海野生大黄鱼资源遭到严重破坏．为了满足市场对大黄鱼的需求，政府采取了休渔和放流等措施来恢复野生大黄鱼资源．近年来，随着大黄鱼人工养殖的开展，一些问题例如性早熟、品质退化、发病率上升等严重制约了大黄鱼养殖的健康发展．文章对大黄鱼种质资源的历史和现状进行了综述，分析了目前大黄鱼养殖中出现的问题，并在品种选育、饲料、养殖方式等方面探讨了持续发展大黄鱼养殖业的相关措施．

The Historical and Present Status of Large Yellow Croaker Germplasm in East Sea

As an important economic fish species in China East Sea,large yellow croakers suffered severe destruction in history.In order to meet the demand of market,in recent years,government has adopted a series of methods to restore the natural resource of large yellow croakers,but the effect isn't obvious.Some problems such as neoteny,quality degeneration and disease in large yellow croakers has hindered the healthy development of large yellow croakers'cultivation.This paper analyzes the problems in the cultivation of large yellow croakers and puts forth relative measures in breeding,feeding and cultivating mode in order to sustainably develop large yellow croakers.
