| Abstract: | Ruling the country by law is the basic principle the Party pursues while it leads the people in running the country under the new historical circumstances.It also constitutes the important component,essential requirement,fundamental guarantee and main ways of establishing a socialist political civilization.Strengthening the rule of law must be integrated with upholding and improving the Party's leadership,and intensifying and improving socialist democracy and the legal system. |
