欠发达地区农村基层组织建设探索

学术界对中国农村基层组织的划分一般有两种,一是按功能划分为政治、经济、文化和群众等组织;二是按组织运行方式划分为党政权力组织(包括乡镇党委、政府及村党支部)、村民自治组织(包括村民委员会、村民代表大会)、专业经济合作组织、其他社团组织及农民自发组织等。前一种划分比较笼统,后一种划分目前普遍认为比较合理和有针对性。

Exploration for construction of rural grassroots organizations in undeveloped regions

Academic circle classifies China's rural grassroots organizations by using two methods.One is to classify them into organizations of politics,economy,culture and masses according to their function and the other one is to classify them into organizations of the party and administrative power including Party committees of towns,town governments and Party Branch of villages,villagers autonomy organizations including villagers committees and villagers representative committees,specialized economic cooperation organizations,social group organizations and autonomous villagers organizations.The former classification is relative sweeping and the latter is reasonable and practical.
