| Abstract: | Law system of compensation for ship oil pollution damage has been a difficul problem in research and practical application of maritime law.The paper analyzes the constitutive elements and characteristics of law system of compensation for ship oil pollution damage and then discusses the current situation and problems of the law.Finally suggestions are given about legislation and judicial practice of the law system of compensation for ship oil pollution damage with Chinese characteristics. |
