| 摘 要： | 我国世界遗产的管理与保护中存在着诸多问题,政府角色定位不清是其核心症结。本文从法学视角对政府在我国世界遗产的管理与保护中的角色定位进行了论述,并以此为基础探讨了政府角色定位的实现。

| Abstract: | In our country there are many problems in protection and management of the world heritage,and the key crux is the unclear orientation of the government's role. The author tries to analyze the orientation of the government's role and the policies of the government in management and protection of the world heritage from the angle of law, in order to manage and protect better world heritage and improve the harmonious development between mankind and world heritage. |
