摘    要:行动研究作为目前世界广泛使用的教育方法,为干部教育培训工作的实践提供了新思路、新视野、新启示。干部教育培训机构应把握行动研究的主要特征,在采用行动研究教育方法是,应确立受训干部的主体地位,注重合作性参与;要从多元动态的角度针对干部实际问题设置培训内容;注重受训干部的亲身实践,积极营造情景化教学氛围;积极发挥“反思”在干部教育培训中的作用;以培训活动为契机,积极开展干部教育培训的行动研究;正确定位价值评估,注重过程与实效的有机结合。

Abstract:Action research, as the most popular educational method at present, has been providing new idea, new field of vision and new inspiration. The cadre training institute should grasp the main characters of action research, make sure the cadre' s principal position, paying more attention to cooperation when apply education method, design training content aiming at cadre's problems from dynamic multivariate angle, focus on cadre's practice in person, setting the atmosphere of scene- teaching and exerting the function of "recollection" in cadre's education and training. Based on the opportunity of training activities, the training institute should work on cadre education training, position the value assessment correctly and center on combing process with the practical results.
