某部老干部健康状况综合分析

目的 通过体检结果，对老干部健康状况进行分析，为进一步做好老干部的医疗、保健和康复工作提供参考。方法 采用回顾性分析方法，对428例次离退休干部体检结果进行统计分析。结果 检出率最高的7种疾病依次是高血压病、眼底动脉硬化、前列腺增生症、高脂血症、冠心病、脂肪肝、高尿酸血症，检出率分别是73.83％，71.85％，64.49％，48.83％，45.69％，39.49％，31.31％。316例高血压病组与112例非高血压病组比较，眼底动脉硬化、前列腺增生肥大、高脂血症、冠心病、脂肪肝、高尿酸血症患病率均显著升高（P〈0.05）；BMI水平和血生化指标TG，CHO，UA，Glu，BUN，CR均增高，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 高血压病、眼底动脉硬化、前列腺增生症、高脂血症、冠心病、脂肪肝、高尿酸血症是我部老干部的常见病。应加强对老年人的健康教育，并提出相应的预防措施，以提高老干部的健康水平。

Comprehensive analysis the health situation of senior cadres

Objective To investigate the health situation of senior cadres in sanatorium,thereby serving as reference for doing better health care of them. Methods Retrospective to search the health examination＇s results about 428 retired cadres,routine health examination from 2006 to 2009. Results The highest Inception rate was hypertensive disease,retinal arteriosclerosis,hyperplasia of prostate,hyperlipidemia,coronary heart disease,fatty liver and hyperuricemia,and the detection rate was 73.83%,71.85%,64.49%,48.83%,45.69%,39.49% and 31.31%. Compared with non-hypertensive disease group,the prevalence rate of retinal arteriosclerosis,hyperplasia of prostate,hyperlipidemia,coronary heart disease,fatty liver and hyperuricemia increased significantly in hypertensive disease group （P〈0.05）;the level of BMI and serum TG,CHO,UA,Glu,BUN and CR enhanced significantly（P〈0.05） too. Conclusion Hypertensive disease,retinal arteriosclerosis,hyperplasia of prostate,hyperlipidemia,coronary heart disease,fatty liver and hyperuricemia was the common disease among aged people who live in our sanatorium.We should pay more attention to reinforcing the health education,changing the unhealthy lifestyle,will have a significant effect to improve the healthy level of the senior cadres.
