| 摘 要： | 从药家鑫案件谈起,以在校大学生为研究样本,分析2007年至2009年西安高校主要所在地区涉及的大学生犯罪案件统计和问卷调查,归纳出犯罪的类型、特点和归因,进而分析西安大学生犯罪的趋势。

| Abstract: | Based on Yao Jiaxing’s case,this research studies the undergraduate students in college and analyzes the statistics of crime cases and questionnaire of college students form the main areas of Xi’an’s institutions of higher learning from 2007 to 2009.The types,characteristics,and attribution of crime are summed up.The trend of college student crime of Xi’an is analyzed. |
