| 摘 要： | 杨虎城将军一生之中非常重视教育。杨虎城主陕后，所执行的开明、宽容的知识分子政策，一方面吸引来了一批优秀的知识分子；另一方面也巩固了自己在陕西的统治，同时也推动了陕西社会的发展。因此当时陕西的舆论环境比较宽松，民众的民族精神也得到高扬，这对西安事变的爆发产生了潜在的影响。
