摘    要:在市场经济条件下的劳动法律关系中,行政权力介入劳动关系的方式与限度问题,关系到政府监管能力的实现与强化,也关系到政府形象的塑造与确立。对此问题的理解与把握不仅是劳动法学中的一个重要的理论问题,更直接涉及到政府在劳动关系法律调整中的定位。因此,研究与讨论行政权力介入劳动关系限度问题不仅具有学术意义,更有实践意义。

Abstract:In the labor relations in the scope of law under the condition of the market economy,the intervention mode and limitation of the administration power concerns the realization and strengthening of the supervising capability of the government,and also concerns the shaping and establishment of the government image.Its understanding and implementation is not only an important theoretical issue on labor jurisprudence,but also directly involve the orientation of the government in the legal adjustment within the labor relations.Therefore,the study and discussion on the issue of limitation of intervention by the administration power into labor relations is not only of academic significance,but also of practical significance.
