| 摘 要： | 企业能力的本质是知识。知识只有在企业经营活动中经过激活才能表现为企业的各种能力 ,一般包括人员能力、技术能力、组织能力和信息能力四种基本能力形态。这些能力形态往往是发散的 ,需要构建一定的能力啮合机制才能使其真正发挥巨大的作用。企业能力啮合机制包括核心价值理念指导下的共同愿景、业务模式、信息系统、企业文化等组成要素。

On mesh mechanism of the corporation capabilities |

| Abstract: | The essence of corporation capabilities is knowledge.Only being activated in the course of business,the knowledge exhibits basic capabilities,such as human capability,technological capability,organizational capability,and informational capability.Generally,these capabilities are emanative,so they must be based on the mesh mechanism of the corporation capabilities to bring into play.The mesh mechanism of the corporation capabilities consists of shared vision based on core value idea,business mode,information system,and corporation culture. |
