| Abstract: | To meet the development of the times, libraries of universities should quicken the innovation of management, promote professional qualifications and improve its utilization rate. This paper, based on the analysis of their current personnel management and traditional management model and their corresponding disadvantages, probes into the content and measures to innovate the management model of libraries of universities. |
