中小企业金融支持的成因、国际经验及启示

中小企业尽管在经济发展中地位重要,但由于信息不对称问题会导致融资过程中“麦克米伦缺口”的长期存在,因而为中小企业提供金融支持是各国政府的普遍做法。发达国家的经验表明,建立政府主导的中小企业直接融资体系、规范的中小企业信用担保体系和与中小企业发展相适应的金融机构体系是解决中小企业融资困境的有效做法,值得我国借鉴。

The Financial Support of Small and Medium - size Enterprises: Causes, International Experiences and Revelations

The small and medium-size enterprises(SME) play an important role in economic development,but with condition of asymmetry information,a Macmillan Gap in the financial processes of SME has appeared chronically and to provide financial support for SME is a common practice.The experience of developed countries shows that to built a government-dominant SME direct financial system,a normative SME credit guarantee system and a financial system suiting the development of SME,are effective ways for the solution of SME financial difficulty.
