摘    要:中学英语教师的专业发展需要经历"工具性专业发展"和"主体性专业发展"两种相继的心理阶段。促进中学英语教师专业发展的途径,包括通过采取"校本培训"和"名师工程"等他律措施,实现工具性专业发展;通过引发"意识自觉"和"群体互动"等自律反应,追求主体性专业发展。

Abstract:To middle school English teacher specialization construction,instrumental and individual development psychology are the two successive psychology phases.School-based training,master project are the main approaches to improve instrumental professional development psychology.Consciously,collectivity interaction and self-discipline are taken to maintain individual professional development psychology.
