| 摘 要： | 目前,高校教学档案的建立和管理,在基础业务工作、现代化管理和工作人员专业素质等方面,还存在许多不协调的因素。为了更好地开发和利用高校教学档案,必须更新观念,努力提高工作人员的综合素质,进一步加强教学档案的基础工作,并运用现代化科学和技术,加快档案管理的现代化进程。

| Abstract: | Nowadays, there are many factors that do not moderate in the aspects of foundation business working, modern management and the quality of proessional people etc.. In order to exploit and make use of the college teaching file, old idea must be changed, the comprehensive quality of management personnel must be improved and the modernization of that file management must be speeded up, and the foundation work of teaching file management must be enhanced by means of modern science and technique. |
