| 摘 要： | 在对以往社会发展进程的本质解读上,科学发展观并没有以社会发展太快为由,把改革开放三十年的历史进程解读为经验事实的简单链接,也没有以经验事实的横向联系之重要性越来越凸显为由,把上述这一历史进程的意义仅仅置放在空间层面上来加以定位,而是从中国特色社会主义建设的视角出发,深刻地解读了改革开放进程的内在本质。在规划和开拓中国特色社会主义更为广阔的发展前景时,科学发展观也以深刻把握发展规律为基础,在方法论上与经验主义、机遇主义的观点区别了开来。
