| 摘 要： | 通过对海瑞这个历史人物和相关历史事件的分析可以看出,私人财产权利制度在中国的一种历史性的缺乏,因而注定历史上的中国会错过发展的机遇,并且在经济技术领先的条件下被欧洲超出。海瑞的个人悲剧实际上是理想主义与残缺制度的无力抗争。这种历史性的缺乏对当代中国也有影响。中国北方每年都要出现的严重的沙尘暴之灾,也隐含着制度变迁的某种缺憾。

Hai Rui and present degeneration of grassland in Inner Mongolia--On historical defects of China's private property right system |

| Abstract: | From the analysis on Hai Rui and the relevant historical background,we can see the defects in China's private property right system.These defects made it an unavoidable fact that China missed the opportunities of development,lost the leading position in economy and was surpassed by Europe.Hai Rui's personal tragedy represents the weak fight of ideal with the defective system.These defects even produce influence on present China.The serious sandstorms in north China these years is a reflection of defects in system transformation. |
