| Abstract: | A library is a unique section in a university, which has a lot to do with the nature and characteristics of specialization which a university sticks to and develop since its existence. Therefore, it is very important to realize and strengthen specialized libraries in university in the age of web information in the 21st century. Some effective measures should be taken to change the traditional ways. |
