| 摘 要： | 在分析区域自主创新发展基础、区域自主创新发展环境、区域内的企业投入、政府投入、产学研联系及外商直接投资等区域自主创新影响因素的基础上,以我国中西部地区为例,比较研究了区域自主创新的关键影响因素对中、西部各区域发展自主创新的影响程度及其形成原因,从而找出了中西部地区在促进自主创新过程发展中存在的主要问题,并分别从明确政府定位、强化区域间协同互补、重视人才引进等方面提出了相应的发展对策。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of influencing factors of regional self-innovation,that is,the development basis and environment of regional self-innovation,the regional business investment and the government investment,the combination of research and production,and foreign direct investment,this paper takes the middle-western region of China as an example and comparatively analyzes the impact of the key factors on the two regions＇ self-innovation and its causes.Then it points out some problems existing in the process of developing their self-innovation,and puts forward some suggestions such as making clear the government positioning,enhancing the interregional readjustment,attracting excellent personnel and so on. |
