| 摘 要： | 侗族款词是侗族人民经过长期的探索和创造，并经过不断的汰选后而形成的一种民间法规。它长期对侗族人民的日常规范起到重要的作用，同时也对侗族人民的人格起到模塑作用。本文就侗族的款词（以下简称“侗款”）所规定的民间法律法规，探究其对人们行为的规范与人格的模塑，以期对民间习惯法的重新审视，指出民间法律在当今的社会构建过程中，仍然有十分重要的作用。
