促进湖北高校中外合作办学与地方经济协调发展的对策思考

湖北省开展中外合作办学肇始于20世纪90年代末,目前已形成一定规模,对于湖北经济最直接的贡献是:提供了促进经济增长的国际型人才资源;通过地方政府、社会和个人对其的投资来增加消费并带动相关产业发展,由此促进地方经济增长。要办好湖北高校中外合作办学,最重要的是要根据地方经济结构来设置专业和人才培养模式;要提升中外合作办学的科学研究功能和社会服务功能,通过促进科技成果转化,推动地方经济的发展。

Countermeasures and Considerations on Promotion of Chinese-foreign Cooperation in Running Schools and Harmonious Development of Local Economy in Hubei Province

In Hubei Province,Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools began in the 1990 s,which has a certain scale currently.The most direct contributions for Hubei’s economy from such cooperation include: firstly it provides international human resources to promote the economic growth,and secondly it increases consumption and drives the development of relative industries through the investment from local government,society and individuals so that local economic growth is facilitated.This paper points out that it is very important to set up specialities and talent training modes in accordance with local economic structure in order to carry out well the Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools.At the same time,it is essential to improve the funciton of scientific research and social service of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools.Utimately,the development of local economy will be pushed forward through promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
