| 摘 要： | 中国的高等素质教育要适应二十一世纪教育发展的潮流 ,必须把健康人格作为其重要的培养目标和内容。当代大学生的人格发展状况基本良好 ,但存在诸如自卑、害羞、狭隘、抑郁等人格缺陷。要塑造大学生的健康人格有如下五种途径 :确立人格教育观念 ;正确认识自我、优化人格整合 ;激励学生勤奋学习 ;鼓励学生参与实践活动 ;指导学生处理好人际关系。
