| 摘 要： | 教育为了人的幸福,教育需要人的幸福;人的幸福是教育的根本目的,人的幸福是教育的最大动力。教育为了人的幸福与人才规格式的教育目的总体上是一致的,二者没有根本性的矛盾,只是认识的层次不同。教育的过程和结果都渗透着我们追求幸福的目的性,渗透着幸福的教育才是真正的教育,才具有教育的灵魂。
