| 摘 要： | 作为沿海港口型城市福州,其传统游憩商业区空间结构演变带有明显的规律性特征,是经济、政治、文化、交通、政治事件、消费观念等各种因素的综合作用的结果。它所给予我们的启示是,构建当代城市游憩商业区,应遵循历史规律,依托于当地历史文脉,突出地域特色,顺应城市空间演变规律,抓住历史机遇或偶然事件,打造富有地域特色的城市游憩商业区,提升城市品位,增强旅游吸引力,推动区域经济又好又快的发展。
