| 摘 要： | 西方社会工作价值观起源于西方文化,它重视社会价值和个人价值两方面。随着中国社会的发展,社会工作本土化成为必然的趋势。出于价值观在社会工作中的重要性,本文从价值观角度探究了社会工作本土化问题,得出结论,中国文化具有社会价值的要素,而缺乏个人价值的要素。

| Abstract: | The social work values are originated from the western culture and emphasize on the social values and individual values.With the development of china,the localization of social work will be an inevitable trend.With the regard of the importance of the values in the social work,this paper inquires into the localization of social work values.Traditional cultures of china also emphasize on the social values but lack the attention of the individual values. |
