| 摘 要： | 全球化视野中,现代远程教育成为高校国际合作发展的新生力量,高校国际合作为现代远程教育发展提供了强劲需求空间,两者整合发展迅猛,呈现对象与范围国际化、内容多样化与手段现代化态势。我国推动两者整合发展,应整合两者稳步发展创造的现有观念、资源与环境等条件。

| Abstract: | In the globalization vision, the modern distance education is becoming a rebirth force of the international cooperation of higher universities,which offers a strong demand space for the modern distance education. This intergration has developed so rapidly that scopes are internationalization,contents are diversification and means are modernization. It is necessary for us to integrate the ideas, resources,conditions of development of modern distance education and the international cooperation of high universities for pushing integration development in China. |
