| 摘 要： | 运用博弈论的方法可以分析人大和“一府两院”监督与被监督的关系，调整人大与“一府两院”的行为，从而提高“一府两院”经济社会政策及其行为的理性和效率，遏制“一府两院”权力的滥用和腐败。这种调整实际上就是博弈的结果。只要处理好人大与“一府两院”监督与被监督的关系，解决人大监督存在的主要问题，就可以达到合作博弈与非零和博弈中的双赢。

| Abstract: | By using the game theory to analyze the relationship between the Government as supervisor,the Court and the Procuratorate as supervisee,and adjusting their behaviors,the social and economic policies can be conducted with reason and efficiency.Furthermore,the abuse of power by the "the Government,the Court and the Procuratorate" can be reasonably restrained.Reform of this sort is actually a product of the game theory,which suggests that if the relationship as supervisor and supervisee between the three power... |
