| 摘 要： | 宏观经济政策是我国经济体制改革的重要组成部分。文章从财政、金融政策效果分析入手 ,客观评价了我国宏观调控体系建立至今的效果及存在的问题。阐明了在计划经济向市场经济转轨过程中 ,建立宏观经济政策效果评价体系的必要性。提出了建立预警性评价的思路和具体的建议

| Abstract: | Macro\|economy policies form the important part of our nation's economic reform. This paper, based on the analysis of effects and problems occurring during the period of our nation's macro\|adjustment mechanism from its founding till now. The paper also illustrates the necessity for the establishment of the effect\|evaluation system of macro\|economy policies in the course of economy transforming from a planned system to a free market system. The clues and suggestions are also given for the establishment of the evaluation system of the pre\|warning nature. |
