| 摘 要： | 通过对全国14个省市开展民营企业人力资本与企业竞争力问卷调查，利用“2007年中国民营企业人力资本与竞争力数据库”，对民营企业人力资本与竞争力关系进行了实证研究。研究结果表明：民营企业大多数人力资本特征变量，均与企业竞争力呈现一定程度的正相关，但作用不显著；不同规模的民营企业，人力资本对企业竞争力的影响存在不同差异。人力资本对民营企业竞争力的提升作用仍受到一些因素的制约。
