| 摘 要： | 依据当前建立社会主义市场经济体制过程中,企业劳动关系变化的五个方面特点的考察,对我国今后一段经济转型时期劳动关系在内容形式、稳定状态、制约因素、分层形态、波动时段等方面的变化趋势进行具体的分析,针对劳动关系日趋多样、灵活、错综复杂的变化趋势,从宏观、中观和微观等层面提出规范和理顺劳动关系的应对措施,对于经济转型时期建立稳定协调的劳动关系具有一定的参考价值。
