| 摘 要： | 调处商事纠纷是中国近代商会的主要职能之一。与以往的民间调解不同，清末商会调处商事纠纷的职责明确，有固定的常设机构，并制订了专门的理案规则，理案程序规范。清末商会调处商事纠纷的规范化发展，使商会理案成为优质的民间司法资源，并在民国时期改组为商事公断处，纳入了国家司法改革的法制化轨道。

| Abstract: | Mediating disputes is one of the main functions at Chamber of Commerce in modern China. Compared with the non - governmental mediation in the past , Chamber of Commerce of late Qing Dynasty had clear mediation responsibilities, fixed permanent, formulated mediation fades. Chamber of Commerce of late Qing Dynasty became high - quality judicial resources, and restructureed to the Commercial Arbitration Department in the Republic of China. |
