| 摘 要： | 新世纪国家的竞争更多是文化力量的较量，作为一种软实力，文化力量的重要性应该提到历史的议事日程，这是保证本国文化安全的需要。文章尝试从文化力量的概念、加强文化力量建设的国内国际背景以及加强文化力量建设的措施等方面来思考，提出一些看法。
