On ChenYun's Ideas of Party Conduct and Clean and Honest Administration and Its Practical Significance

Since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th Central Committee of C.P.C., by employing the Marxist stand, viewpoint and method, Chenyun had summed up profoundly the historical experiences of the construction of our Party and gave scientific answers to the question how to strengthen the construction of our Party conduct and honest administration from the point of the grave crisis between life and death of the ruling party. Chenyun carried on and developed Marxism on the theory of ruling party conduct construction. Reviewing his theory will make significant contribution to strengthen the party construction and push on punishing and preventing corruption and establish a harmonious socialist society.
