| 摘 要： | 随着社会经济的发展和科技进步,人口老龄化已经成为现代社会的必然趋势,是世界各国普遍面临的重大社会问题。俄罗斯人口转变过程开始的时间较晚,但人口老龄化速度较快,地区差异大,而且城市和农村之间存在差别,老龄化形势严峻。制定合理的、符合本国国情的社会政策能够缓解人口老龄化问题。

| Abstract: | With social and economic development and technological progress,population aging has become an inevitable trend of modern society,also it is a major social problem in most countries.Although Russia's demographic transition began late,the pace of population aging rapidly.There is a big difference of population aging between regions,especially between urban and rural areas.To develop reasonable social policy in line with national conditions will alleviate the problem of aging population. |
